A floral cocktail with an infusion of pollen where the tonic syrup perfectly rebalances all the flavours.


  • 20ml 1883 Tonic Syrup
  • 25ml Yellow Lemon Juice
  • 1 Egg white
  • 50ml Pollen-Infused Pisco
  • 3 Lines of Angostura Bitters
  • Cinnamon
  • Bee pollen


  1. Combine ingredients except Angostura Bitter in a small shaker cup.
  2. Shake and strain into your cocktail glass.
  3. Finish with 3 lines of Angostura Bitters and garnish with a cinnamon stick and some bee pollen.
