A floral cocktail with an infusion of pollen where the tonic syrup perfectly rebalances all the flavours.
- 20ml 1883 Tonic Syrup
- 25ml Yellow Lemon Juice
- 1 Egg white
- 50ml Pollen-Infused Pisco
- 3 Lines of Angostura Bitters
- Bee pollen
- Combine ingredients except Angostura Bitter in a small shaker cup.
- Shake and strain into your cocktail glass.
- Finish with 3 lines of Angostura Bitters and garnish with a cinnamon stick and some bee pollen.
