A floral cocktail with an infusion of pollen where the tonic syrup perfectly rebalances all the flavors.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2CL 1883 TONIC SYRUP
  • 2.5CL YELLOW LEMON
  • 1P EGG WHITE
  • 5CL POLLEN-INFUSED PISCO
  • 3 LINES OF ANGOSTURA BITTER
  • CINNAMON
  • POLLEN SEED

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine ingredients except Angostura Bitter in the small shaker cup.
  2. Shake and strain into your cocktail glass.
  3. Finish with 3 lines of Angostura Bitter and garnish with a cinnamon stick and some pollen seeds.
