- 2.5CL YELLOW LEMON
- 1P EGG WHITE
- 5CL POLLEN-INFUSED PISCO
- 3 LINES OF ANGOSTURA BITTER
- POLLEN SEED
- Combine ingredients except Angostura Bitter in the small shaker cup.
- Shake and strain into your cocktail glass.
- Finish with 3 lines of Angostura Bitter and garnish with a cinnamon stick and some pollen seeds.
