For a simple unsweetened Matcha smoothie…
- Fill a 16 oz glass to the top with ice and then fill it with your favorite milk (both dairy and non dairy work well).
- Pour into a blender.
- Add 1 teaspoon of Aiya Cooking Grade Matcha (you can add more depending on your preferred intensity of tea flavor).
- Add sweetener to taste (if desired).
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour and enjoy!
