Gyokura (meaning “Jade Dew”) is the finest grade of Japanese green tea. Similar to Matcha, the leaves are handpicked and shade-grown to preserve their amino acids, bringing out their natural sweet taste. Gyokuro is a rare harvest in Japan and is cherished by tea connoisseurs all over the world.
