Servings 1 sundae

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 oz Ghirardelli Hot Fudge
  • 2 scoops (8 oz) Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 oz Whipped Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Almonds, chopped and toasted
  • 1 Marashino Cherry
  • 1 Wafer Cookie

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Scoop ice cream into a goblet or waffle bowl. 1.
  2. Top with Ghirardelli Hot Fudge (110-130 ºF) (Make your own Ghirardelli Hot Fudge)
  3. Pipe a rosette of whipped cream on top and garnish with chopped toasted nuts, a cherry, and a wafer cookie.
